What to expect after booking:
You'll get a confirmation text and email when the appointment is booked and then a reminder text and email 72 and 24 hours before your appointment. There is a link in these reminders that has the policy form to sign and the Elevate Your Experience form. The experience form allows you to choose from a list of complementary amenities and beverages to have waiting for you upon arrival. There is also an option to add on treatments if you choose.
