Giving You the Best Experience
I want to make sure everyone feels at home in my chair. That’s why I’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through the door has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Please read thoroughly and sign. If you have any questions, just get in touch.
Cancellation and No Show
Time is valuable. It is the one resource that is not renewable. If anything comes up and you need to cancel your appointment, I require at least 48 hours notice so I have time to fill your space. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a 25% cancellation fee will be applied to the card on file. If you cancel within 24 hours a 50% last minute cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file. No-Shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Rescheduling
To reschedule your appointment, please email elevatebeautyinc@yahoo.com. Deposits are only transferable if you give me 48 hours notice or the original appointment time is filled with a service dollar amount equal to or greater than the original service schedule. I understand sometimes life happens and something out of your control may require you to reschedule your appointment, in this situation deposits can be transferable on a case by case basis to be determined by Elevate Beauty
Deposit
Starting on April 4th 2023, all services will require a 50% non-refundable deposit to ensure that the guests who schedule with me value and respect my time. In this relationship, we always start on a foundation of trust and it goes both ways. As your stylist, I value your investment and will absolutely go above and beyond to achieve your goals to the best of my human ability. In return, you invest a 50% deposit to guarantee you will show up for your appointment.
*If for any reason I need to reschedule you, your deposit will be transferable.
Running Late
Arriving at your appointment on time is necessary for 100% of your scheduled service to be completed. However, I do understand that things happen and give a 15 minute grace period. If you arrive later than 15 minutes then we may need to reschedule or change the service to a shorter one, at the same price as the original service scheduled. If you feel like you are going to be late to your appointment, please text me at 619-736-5414.
Service Adjustments
To ensure that our relationship is built on trust, I guarantee all of the services I perform. If you feel like we didn't hit the mark, I offer a 2 week period for service adjustments. You must let me know of anything you are needing adjusted within 5 days of the initial appointment. An adjustment is a small tweak in the color or cut, not a full redo. This can be a change in gloss, adding a few highlights/lowlights, adding more face framing layers, etc.
Refund and Return
I value your time and this relationship built on mutual respect. I do not offer refunds for any services performed. If you feel like we didn't hit the mark, I absolutely want to maintain an open line of communication so I can fully understand where things can be improved to give you a better experience at your next appointment. Every service is unique, based on each individual, and requires a different approach. This can mean that more than one appointment is needed to fully understand how your hair will react to certain services/techniques.
I do not offer returns on product. However, I do offer exchanges if notified within 7 days of purchase
Environment
It is always my goal to provide a safe, fun and relaxing environment. If you are the type of client who needs to relax, I will provide that vibe for you. If you are someone who needs to vent to a friend, I will be that exclusive ear and shoulder. Our time together is sacred. With this in mind, I politely ask that you don’t bring extra people or kids to your appointment unless they are also receiving a service. Animals are only permitted in my space if they are well behaved and allow you to fully relax without the need for either of us to keep an eye on them. This is a time to let loose, find yourself again and push away all the stress, anxiety, and outside world worries. Together, we create our own world filled with great books, favorite series chats, and being unapologetically us. If this sounds like the experience you are wanting, I invite you into my space. Photography Release
I hereby grant Elevate Beauty (the “Company”) the irrevocable right and permission to use photographs and/or video recordings of me on Company and other websites and in publications, educational courses, promotional flyers, educational materials, derivative works, social media, or for any other similar purpose without compensation to me.I understand and agree that such photographs and/or video recordings of me may be placed on the Internet. I also understand and agree that I may be identified by name and/or title in printed, Internet or broadcast information that might accompany the photographs and/or video recordings of me. I waive the right to approve the final product. I agree that all such portraits, pictures, photographs, video and audio recordings, and any reproductions thereof, and all plates, negatives, recording tape and digital files are and shall remain the property of the Company. I hereby release, acquit and forever discharge Elevate Beauty, the Company, its current and former trustees, agents, officers and employees of the above-named entities from any and all claims, demands, rights, promises, damages and liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use or distribution of said photographs and/or video recordings, including but not limited to any claims for invasion of privacy, appropriation of likeness or defamation. I hereby warrant that I am at least eighteen (18) years old, competent to contract in my own name and agree to the above release. If I am less than eighteen years old, that my parent or guardian has signed this release form below.
